Influencer profiles and listings
If you list yourself as an influencer, your profile should describe you honestly—location, category, follower range, and prices should be fair and accurate. We may remove or hide content that is misleading, offensive, or breaks the law.
Brands, businesses, and contact
Our platform helps people discover influencers. Deals, payments, and contracts between you and another user are between those parties. We are not a party to your private agreements unless we say so elsewhere in writing.
What you must not do
Do not use the site to harass others, spread hate, break the law, send spam, try to hack or overload our systems, or pretend to be someone you are not. Do not upload malware or harmful links.
Content and ownership
You keep ownership of content you own (for example text and images you upload). By posting, you give us a limited right to show and operate that content on the site as needed to run the service. Do not post content you do not have rights to use.
Service changes and availability
We may update features, fix bugs, or pause the site for maintenance. We try to keep the service reliable but we do not guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability (simple version)
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to what you paid us for the service in the last twelve months, or, if nothing was paid, a small reasonable amount. Some laws do not allow these limits; where that applies, our liability follows the law.
